Things you'll need:
CopyTables: it’s a free Chrome pluggin that will allow you to copy data from a chrome page and past it into a spreadsheet.

Trello or google sheets: I recommend some way to keep track of your cases and reimbursement IDs. 
We use Trello, I have an oversize board for each client do this for and we open a new card for every case, and we have a single reimbursement ID card for each month, for example right now we have a 'May Reimbursement ID' card. Once we've gotten our reimbursement ID's we save them so we can keep track of the amounts and archive the case ID cards.
