Sometimes you can't fix the orphans on your own.
Maybe there was an error code you don't recognize, or the template just hasn't changed anything.
Whatever the case, you'll need to open a case- see what I did there?

If you can't figure out the error codes
If the Brand Names don't match exactly, but it is the same Brand
Bin check - if Seller Support asks for pictures but all of your inventory is in an Amazon warehouse
When there's more than one Parent Listing available
When you successfully upload the template and it doesn't change anything
