If you can't figure out the error codes you can always open a case in Seller Central. These are the templates I use for cases. I've found them to be generally successful but you might have to tweak/customize them. It's not always as simple as copy,paste, fill in the blanks.
If you can't figure out the error codes
If the brand doesn’t match exactly but you are confident it is the same product.
If they ask you to provide pictures and/or UPC proof that you don't have
If you have two parent listings that work your orphan
My template upload was successful but the Orphan is still an orphan
When they say they can't make changes without proof (that you don't have)
If they respond and say they aren't allowed to do any of the things you requested
